A Challenging New Adventure

18 April 2025 Today is day 2 of my new beginning of life in God. The past is past, the old is gone, the remorse no longer controls my thoughts, the healing of my history is real, and new life springs from God's renewal in me. Doesn't all that sound grand? But I didn't mention the struggle with walking in faith every moment, of trusting that my dreams are coming to pass in God's timing, that I have yet to feel like I have accomplished something meaningful. Everyday is a test of whether I am really trusting in God's leading and direction for my life or jerking it out of His hand and taking control, only to apologize later.  We are made in the image of God. We are designed by His own hand. We are new creatures in God. Those are all things His word tells us. But, there are many details missing in those descriptions, like how to do it. How do we live at the top of God's game? How do we excel in all things? How do we, in faith, truly in our hearts, expect to see those...
